- BVCS identifies and analyzes potential conflicts of interest arising from certifications and relationships.

- BVCS identifies, analyzes, determines the measure was taken and corrective actions are taken and present them to the Neutrality Protection Committee, whether it is caused by the activities of BVCS or other people/organizations, including those arising from its relations with the Conflict of Interest Analysis. 

- Certification is not carried out when a relationship defined in Conflict of Interest Analysis poses an unacceptable threat to impartiality. 

- BVCS does not certify organizations in which its owners are partners or are involved in any way. 

- BVCS does not document the management system certification activities of any certification body. 

- BVCS does not provide management system consultancy, hazard analysis consultancy and services related to jobs that will create conflicts of interest, and is not involved in any activities as such. 

- BVCS does not offer or provide internal audits to its certified customers. In the case of such a situation, it cannot document a management system that it has conducted its internal audit within two years following the internal audit. 

- BVCS does not certify the same management system of its client, who receives management system consultancy, when the relationship with consulting firms may threaten impartiality.

- BVCS does not make external audits to management system consultancy organizations as it will be a threat to impartiality. 

- BVCS has taken measures to ensure that certification activities are not marketed and offered in connection with the activities of a corporation that is a management system consultant, and that marketing and sales commissions are not given to consultants/other parties, and stated this in the conflict of interest analysis. 

- In order to ensure that there is no conflict of interest, BVCS does not assign any personnel engaged in business-related services in the management system consultancy, during the audit or other certification activities, for two years following the completion of consulting and the conflict of interest. 

- BVCS has established assurances that the activities of other organizations will not affect the confidentiality, objectivity and impartiality of certification activities. 

- BVCS has established with contracts to ensure that all personnel or committees, internally or externally, that may affect certification activities to act objectively. In addition, it does not allow commercial, financial and other pressure to compromise impartiality in any way. 

- BVCS requests internal or external personnel to report this when they are aware of any situation that could put themselves or BVCS in a conflict of interest. BVCS will use this information as input to identify threats to objectivity arising from the activities of such personnel or organizations. BVCS will not use this type of internal or external personnel unless it shows that there is no conflict of interest. 

- BVCS keeps all information and documents confidential, except for those disclosed to the public about the certified organization. This information can only be shared with this institution when requested by the accrediting institution. We declare and undertake that we will be informed of the relevant organization and that we will implement all of these when we have to inform the third party for legal reasons.
